Anything to scare the consumer into picking up the bill for necessary environmental &quot;reforms,&quot; rather than Big Business, where most of the fault lies. Just look at recycling in the US--tantamount to the gathering of raw materials, free of charge, for capitalists and not exactly helping matters as it pollutes a great deal in many cases.

I see no mention in Blow&#039;s little piece of holding corporations accountable for the damage they do. Really a more obvious remedy, but sadly one we&#039;ll never see under the current system.]]></description>
